making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
By submitting information through the website you agree and acknowledge that while we may contact you in response to the information you provide, we are not obliged to provide you with any particular services.

GMC Talent makes sure the information on the website is up-to-date, the information is provided for information purposes and / or for application of available positions, and should not be seen as an agreement between GMC Talent and the user of any guarantee of services and / or appointments.

Intellectual Property

 

All information incorporated within the GMC Talent website is owned or licensed by GMC Talent (Pty) Ltd. You may retrieve and display the content of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the GMC Talent website without written permission from GMC Talent.

We may release information relating to you to regulatory or law enforcement authorities, if required to do so. We may use the information we have collected about you to the Employers who has the relevant jobs available. We also reserve the right to store your information for future use in a secure GMC Talent database for a period of time.

Applicable Law

 

These terms and conditions will be subject to the laws of South Africa. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement, and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the South Africa judiciary system.

Miscellaneous

 

You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and GMC Talent chooses to ignore this, GMC Talent will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.

GMC Talent shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The GMC Talent website is owned and operated by GMC Talent.

Complaints policy

 

GMC Talent is committed to providing a quality service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the level of service you have received from us we would like you to tell us about it, please follow the process below. All complaints are taken very seriously and any feedback is appreciated as it provides us with an opportunity to improve our standards. All complaints and feedback will be dealt with by a dedicated GMC Talent team.

Procedure

 

We will send you written acknowledgement (email or letter), on receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
We will then record your complaints in a register and start to investigate.
We aim to acknowledge, fully investigate and duly resolve all complaints within 21 working days.
A full written response to your complaint will be drafted and sent to you with supporting documentary evidence (if applicable).
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can make a written request for escalation of your complaint.
