The ideal candidate is a self-starter, self- motivated, passionate about Key Accounts, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.

Responsible and accountable for the delivery of all aspects of Key Account Management.

 

You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the Key Account Managers function with high profile customers
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders (customers and internal support)
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Communicate and Negotiate with C-Level Executives
  • Understand Client Strategy for 1 year and up to 5 years
  • Generate New Business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies within existing customers and /or new
  • Grow and achieve the company’s revenue target objectives
  • Upsell & Cross Sell product /service stack
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Communicate client needs to Technology / Product Specialist
  • Ensure timeous customer service
  • Coordinate with product / tech specialists to ensure consistent service to client
  • Maintain all records of client communication, minutes, & transactions
  • Address and resolve all key clients’ complaints and concerns
  • Write client reports and communicate client agendas
  • Continuously attend online seminar and other training sessions related to the technology product stack to keep yourself up to date with technology trends

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or IT
  • Additional Sales oriented qualifications
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Excellent ability to communicate with C-Level executives

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skills in Business Proposal Development
  • Ability and experience to understanding of Procurement and Tender Processes
  • Business Acumen: Must have the ability to make quick, effective decisions and must have the ability to deal with tact, precision, and insight

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Financial Literacy: Must have experience in Finance, Banking & Technology
  • Must have the ability to understand how an organisation uses its resources to achieve its desired outcome, which is measured by profit or revenue.
  • Communication Literacy: Must have the experience and ability to communicating and negotiating with C-Level executives
  • Technical Literacy: Must have the ability and experience in managing Technology Accounts within the following product ranges, but not limited to: SAP, Microsoft, Acumatica, NetSuite, Jet Reports, Enterprise & Business Intelligence, Payroll, Cost & Profitability Management / Budgeting & Forecasting Solutions
  • Good command of the English language.
